Starbucks is a great place. It gives you taste of Brazilian coffee and sweet cakes. The smell of coffee reminds you of the old memories, while the taste of the cakes, especially chocolate cakes, makes you forgot all your old memories, and brings you back to the present taste of the cakes. As you enter Starbucks, you will be able to feel that the place is very beautiful, as if you are at home, turning on an air-condition, and immediately shut it off as you step out the shop. To some people, they think that as soon as they step on the wooden floor of Starbucks, they will be entering the new world, the world that anyone can get to be a prince or princess as long as they want. Therefore, I like Starbucks!
Starbucks gives you chances of tasting the best Brazilian coffee and cakes. The smell of the coffee reminds you of your childhoods, but as soon as you have your cake, all your childhoods will immediately e replaced by the present, the period of time when you are having fun with your cake! For coffee, the black color reminds you of an angry devil holding a two-edged sword preparing to go hunt for babies. The softness you taste reminds you of heaven with hundred of angles doing their golden crochet. The sweet taste reminds you of the word, “love.”
Eating Starbucks’ cakes give you the same feeling as when Pinocchio first turned to a boy. As you close your eyes, you will be able the feel the happiness coming out from each bite.
It’s really cold inside Starbucks. Entering Starbucks make you feel like stepping in the Northern part of Antarctica where polar bears are fighting over a salmon. The shop is all made up of mirror as if the father of the shop’s owner owned the third biggest mirror company in the world. As people turn around, they see will see themselves in the mirror they scare their own selves. This might sound crazy but it does really happen.
Surrounded the land of Antarctica was a mini grassland of Savanna with a mini Amazon River beside it. The grassland reminds me of a female cheetah chasing around the rabbit to feed her hungry babies, but all I saw was just a flying seeking for a way back to its trash can condominium. I was looking around, wondering how it would be if I have got a house in Antarctica with an Amazon River 3 mater away from my house, and grassland of Savanna as my backyard.
People think they are rich if they come to Starbucks, or even having a cup with a symbol of Starbucks in their trash bin. If you try to look around, you will see that most of the cars parking in Starbucks are either Mercedes Benz or BMW, but you will never get to know that some of these cars’ owners don’t even have enough money to refill the fuel. The decorations in the shop were thought to be very high class that made people think they are as rich as the decorations too.
There are thousand of reasons that will make you want to go to Starbucks, but there are thousand of reasons that will make you not want to go to Starbucks too, especially the money reason. But remember that you can get the feelings of Antarctica, South America, or even an Africa just by coming to Starbucks, and maybe a bank after that to borrow some money, but anyway, I love Starbucks!
